Shipping & Delivery

We offer worldwide shipping, and orders ship after 2-3 business days. Orders within North America come with tracking and insurance. For orders outside of North America, rush shipping, insurance, and tracking are all available for an additional cost. Contact us at hello[@]ofelizabeth.com for a quote. Regular shipping cost and delays included below.

All parcels require a signature upon delivery. 

  • Within Canada, calculated at checkout. 2-7 business days once order is fulfilled
  • To the U.S, calculated at checkout, 7-14 business days once order is fulfilled

  • Everywhere else, calculated at checkout, 7-15 business days once order is fulfilled

IMPORT TAXES / DUTIES

International orders may be subject to import duties. The duties are determined by destination and value of the products. Ofelizabeth.com is not responsible for any taxes or duties incurred, and we highly recommend contacting your domestic customs agents to determine if any imports will be applied, and if so, how much. 

MISSING, LOST, OR STOLEN PARCELS

If you believe that your package has gone missing, or has otherwise been lost or stolen, we ask that you report it within 1 week of receipt of delivery notification. To report a missing, lost or stolen package, please email hello[@]ofelizabeth.com.
Once reported, we will launch an investigation with our shipping carrier to recoup the missing package. If you do not comply with the investigation, or you claim that the postal service did not reach out to you, you may not receive any kind of compensation for the missing parcel.
