Unless otherwise specified, all Of Elizabeth items will ship within 1-3 business days. Please check out the Shipping page for more information on how long it will take to reach you. 

We can do that! Our items usually ship via FedEx or DHL internationally. If you would like to upgrade to a faster shipping timeline, please contact us.

Our packaging from the outside is very discreet. It comes in a plain brown box with your address and our return address on it. There is a branded sticker that reads "OE/ made in the EU" on it, but there is no mention of "lingerie" anywhere on our outer packaging. If you're considering sending something to your office, be warned that there is a small but detailed description of the contents of your parcel on the customs form as required by law when we ship internationally. If you're in Canada, this won't be a problem. The outer packaging itself, however, is fairly nondescript.

As our orders usually require a signature, we are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses at this time.

We honor price changes during any sale periods within 48 hours of your order being placed. Outside sales periods, we reserve the right for the prices of our products to change without notice.

If you need to cancel your order, email us immediately at hello[at]ofelizabeth.com within one hour of placing it. It may be possible, but orders are packaged and shipped quickly to ensure you receive it soon - so it may not be possible. We'll do our best!

Our shopping cart system is integrated with Shopify, a company that takes security very seriously, and we do also accept PayPal. Your personal information is kept privately and securely, and we never give out information about customers to anyone, be it email addresses, phone numbers, addresses, or otherwise.

We do! We want you to be completely happy with your OE garments. If this isn't the case, read our returns policy here. Note that thongs are final sale for hygienic reasons.

Due to our small batch production, if you would like to exchange an item, contact us right away for the best chance to get the piece you're after. Read more about our exchanges here.

For cotton undies, you can toss them in the machine on cold (we recommend using a fabric bag) and lay them flat to dry. For bras, hand wash them in your sink or a clean basin with a specially-formulated silk or
delicates wash. Soak your delicates in cool soapy water for a few minutes, give
areas that may have dirt a gentle scrub with your hands. Lay flat to dry on a clean towel. Never put your lingerie in the dryer, as heat ruins elastics and the elasticity in your garments. Never use harsh bleaches or detergents. Read more here.

Of Elizabeth lingerie is initially patterned, designed, and sampled in our private studio.
All garments, unless otherwise specified, are produced in a private factory in the EU. You can read more about our production here. All Of Elizabeth lingerie will be shipped from Toronto, Canada.

In the event that your size isn't being made yet, we're always working to expand our size offerings and would love to hear from you with your preferred sizes!

We always do our best! Send the items you're interested in as well as either bust, underbust, waist, and full hip measurements and/or their most commonly worn sizes in bras and undies. The more information, the better! Email this to hello[at]ofelizabeth.com.

We recommend using your own email address. If there are any issues with your order, we will need to contact you. After you receive the gift card to your email inbox, forward it to the recipient.

Most of the time, gift cards are automatically fulfilled and emailed to the email address supplied at checkout. If, however, our system flags a discrepancy with the information you provided, a member of our team will reach out during our work hours (EST 9am-7pm) via email or phone to confirm details you. Then, we'll manually send the gift card to you.

We don't offer anything other than our standard, discreet shipping box right now, but we do ship all pieces in a branded, embroidered, cotton twill dustbag. If you really want something extra-special, though, let us know at checkout if it's a gift and that you'd like us to package it nicely with some additional custom branded and 100% recycled content tissue. It has our favorite Shakespearean sonnet on it and might do the trick!

You may be charged taxes and duties when your order reaches your country. It depends on local laws and we bear no responsibility for this. We are also required by law to accurately report the contents and value of the package. We encourage you to inquire to your government or read online about the regulations for incoming items to your country to avoid any surprises.

Unfortunately, at the current time we don't offer that integration. We suggest inquiring about how a refund is obtained from your government in such situations. We hope to offer something like this soon though for a smoother shopping experience for all of our international clients. Stay tuned!

We use natural fibers wherever possible, we pay well above the going rate for labor for the making of our garments, limiting sales to circumvent impulse buying, zero plastic waste form our orders, and that's just off the top of our head.
